GENERAL BOOKING PROCEDURES/TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once the online booking form has been received, Michelle will send you a confirmation email with all the smaller details - you will then need to confirm back that you accept the quotation and details.  Once Michelle has received your confirmation due to high demand, each type of booking has specific terms and conditions which you.  These Terms and Conditions are as follows:

WEDDINGS: Upon confirmation email received from you by Michelle  - a 20% holding deposit is required.  This holding deposit is fully refundable up to 12 weeks from the wedding service date.  

Post 12 weeks this deposit is not refundable.  Michelle will have turned away other work and unfortunately this loss of income will have to be covered - sorry no exceptions.

The balance is to be bank transferred 5 business days PRIOR to the wedding date. Alternatively by arrangement with Michelle it maybe paid on the actual day. 

ALL OTHER BOOKINGS: Upon confirmation email received from you by Michelle  - 48 hours or less notification of a cancellation of a booking the client agrees to pay 50% of the booking total value. 24 hours or less notification of a cancellation of a booking the client agrees to pay 100% of the booking total value, without offset or costs.

TO MAKE A CANCELLATION: If the cancellation notification is 48 hours or less, the only acceptable method of cancellation is via a telephone call/text to 021 228 2220

For 72 hours or more, an email is acceptable.  

RIGHTS RESERVED: Michelle reserves the right to cancel any booking and provide email notification of doing so, if a booking is in breach of these terms.  No booking is confirmed unless Michelle specifies so in her emails.
